The images are of a juvenile rough legged buzzard and it is quite a rare bird with less than 50 seen in most years in the UK. Although a common buzzard can be light coloured, this bird stands out for its overall white appearance. I have included images 5 and 6 despite their poor quality as they do show the leg feathering which gives this bird its name
