Here are some images of the first Rutland ospreys returning from migration taken during the last week. They usually dive and catch their fish in the early morning or at dusk, the low light presents a real photographic challenge. On Friday osprey 25(10) arrived before dawn in thick mist and it needed 5000 ISO a f2.8 lens and a good camera to get any images in that light. (See result image 5)
